A discount of $25/additional brother may be taken off your camp fee per week.
Deposits & Fees
Tier 1: To qualify and take advantage of the lowest rates for your camp experience: a $50 per camper, non-refundable deposit must be made by the March 11 troop meeting (for 3/15 delivery to council) and the balance of the full fee by the May 6th troop meeting (for 5/15 delivery to council)
Tier 2: A discounted rate is available for reservations made after 3/15 and full payment to Daniel Webster Council by 5/15
Tier 3: This rate applies for all reservations made after 5/15 or balances paid on outstanding accounts.
CIT: This fee covers a 2 week experience.
Hike-a-Thon
The annual Hike-a-Thon to help scouts raise money to attend summer camp is ready to go again. Scouts who collect money through the Hike-a-Thon are able to keep 75% of all money they raise to use toward a 2009 camping adventure in the Daniel Webster Council. This year scouts will be able to help their friends go to camp as well. Every scout who collects $200 or more will be entered into a drawing for 2 available weeks at Camp. The winning scouts will be able to use the week of camp to give to a friend
Summer Camp Contact Information
We will transport your son's gear to camp. Loading will take place on Saturday, July 25th at 7:00pm at St. John Nuemann
Please arrive at camp on Sunday July 26th at 1:00pm. Meet us at the parade ground in front of the chow hall.
If you wanted to visit for a day, you must schedule it with Mr. Lester by July 5th. (This is a camp rule)
Please arrive at camp at 8:45am on Saturday August 1st to pick up your scout.
You should send mail and/or care packages to your scout. Please use US Mail. Do NOT use Fed Ex or UPS.
